「Annaka Terroir」は、テロワール型ものづくり、
安中市の土地の風土・空気を取り入れたものづくりのこと。
有田屋では創業190周年記念事業として、
テロワール型の天然醸造醬油づくりをはじめ、
様々なプロジェクトに取り組んでいきます。
Annaka Terroir：As a project to commemorate the 190th anniversary of its founding, Aritaya will work on various projects such as making natural brewed soy sauce that incorporates the local climate and air.
フランス語のterroir、ラテン語のterrritorium（領地）が語源とされ、特にワイン業界で使用される用語。『土地』を意味し、ワインの原料となる葡萄が育つ土壌や気候などの環境を指す言葉でワインの個性を決定づける大切な要素とされる。
